Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Unopened Merchandise: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging, including all tags and packing slips.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs incurred for returning the product are non-refundable. This also applies to undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless the error was made on our part.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our facility.

Please ensure that all returns are shipped back to us using a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery Confirmation. Any package not received by Scent Hub without tracking information will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return or exchange once received. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed, or Refused Packages
If your package is returned to us marked as "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable," and you wish to have it re-shipped, a re-shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.
